Hub, being the nucleus of mTap software is where you work with your leads and contacts. Leads are generated when someone fills out the ‘exchange contact’ form from your profile and clicks on ‘connect’. You may choose to convert a lead into a contact to follow up with them.
Your mTap Hub can be easily integrated with CRM. Just like contacts, the leads are segregated for each profile. Only contacts are integrated into CRM as prospects because you have qualified and determined them to be a good fit for selling your product or service.

- To manage leads on your mTap Hub, follow this guide:
- Select the "Leads" option, through the mTap Hub sidebar on your mTap Homepage.
- Select the card/profile you want to work with.
- You can search for leads by name and time period.
- Using the grid/list icon on the top right corner, you can change the visual orientation of the list.
- Use the "Download Leads" option to export the leads in a .csv format.
