Integration of mTap with the CRM of your choice is a simple process. Here is how you do it on mobile, for all major CRM service providers. 

mTap-Salesforce Integration On Mobile 

Access the ‘Menu’ page through the vertical three-lined icon (also called Hamburger Menu) on the bottom right corner of your mTap the ‘Manage Profiles’ page, as encircled in the image. 

  • Once you are on the ‘Menu’ page, scroll down to the “CRM Integration” option and select it. 
  • You will be taken to the “CRM Integration’ page. 

mTap integrates with a range of CRMs and each quarter, our list grows. 

  • To connect with Salesforce, select Salesforce from the given options. 
  • Enter your login details on the overlay that appears. 
  • On clicking the “Submit” button, your mTap profile will have been configured with your Salesforce CRM.
  • You can validate the same via. a green check mark right alongside the Salesforce option in the ‘CRM Integration’ screen.

If you want to disconnect the CRM, follow these steps

  • Click on Salesforce. 
  • You will be given the option to disconnect the Salesforce CRM in the overlay that appears. 
  • Select ‘Yes’ and your CRM will have been disconnected. 
  • The same can be validated by the forementioned green check mark no longer being visible against Salesforce.
