mTap-Zoho Integration On Mobile
Access the ‘Menu’ page through the vertical three-lined icon on the bottom right corner of your mTap ‘Manage Profiles’ page, as encircled in the image.
- Once you are on the ‘Menu’ page, scroll down to the “CRM Integration” option (encircled) and select it.
- You will be taken to the “CRM Integration’ page.
mTap integrates with a range of CRMs and each quarter, our list grows.
- To connect with Zoho, select Zoho from the given options.
- Sign in to your Zoho account through the overlay that appears.
- Follow the instructions shown on the screen and press the appropriate CTA buttons.
You can validate a successful mTap-Zoho integration via. a green check mark right alongside the Zoho option in the ‘CRM Integration’ screen.

If you want to disconnect the CRM, follow these steps
- Click on Zoho.
- You will be given the option to disconnect the Zoho CRM in the overlay that appears.
- Select ‘Yes’ and your CRM will have been disconnected.
The same can be validated by the forementioned green check mark no longer being visible against Zoho.
